The Suite has ceramic tile flooring, hot water baseboard heat, 1 bathroom, laundry room w/washer & dryer, kitchen has 25 c.f. refrigerator, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, 1.5 cubic foot 900w convection oven, gas grill in entry room, very clean. Inter-connected smoke alarms throughout building, 27" SMART TV in kitchen, 55" SMART TV in sitting room, Wi-Fi access included. Stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. 4 person Hot tub in entry room. Take advantage of this comfortable suite with plenty of parking. The rental is mostly underground with Main Street level access.

The host had excellent communication and met with us when we arrived (after 10:30 PM) to discuss the hot tub. The property was very clean and had a lot of kitchen amenities. It was pretty warm at night, but there were fans in the rooms. The beds were very firm which didnā€™t lead to great sleep for any of us.

Better than the pictures

The pictures are accurate but the actual place is nicer than it seems. Spacious and very clean! The owner of the property lives on the middle floor of the house but the best way to describe it is 3 separate apartment units. Separate outdoor entrances and locks. We were concerned of the layout but I can promise you do not have to worry! Highly recommend and James is a very nice guy and clearly works hard for his guests! 5 stars
