Great place for kids

Great Spot for Family

This was the best fit for our family vacation this year. This property was equipped with everything we needed for the beach, the kitchen, the bbq, cooking, it is endless what was offered on the property.The hosts were very responsive and kind for letting us use all toys for our daughter who is almost 3. Although the location is not the best neighborhood, it seemed to feel safe when walking 20min into DT.I would stay here again!

Cozy, comfortable Delray home!

This Delray home is very comfortable with tasteful, beach decor. We had our infant grandson and 3 year old grand daughter with us and were very happy to find how accommodating the location was to children. They had so many baby items, including a bouncer, highchair, pack and play, and beach toys. The home has a really nice outdoor seating area with comfortable chairs and a fun sandbox for the children to play in. The hosts provided great communication and allowed our stay to be stress free.

Nice property, really nicely renovated bathrooms. Kitchen could use a face lift. Lots of TVs and fans and lots of remote controls. A bit overwhelming. Back yard is nice but no shade - happened to be quite hot when we were there.

Wonderful Stay in Delray Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This wonderful home is clean, inviting, comfortable, and has all the appliances and amenities we needed - and as described in the listing. Though a short distance away from the main downtown bustle (1.5 miles?) it is in a perfect location for access to the fabulous array of eating, drinking, and shopping venues. In fact, we had no reason to drive into town and fight for parking. There is a town-provided free car service called FREEBEE. All you do is download the app and it works similarly to UBER. Just type in where you want to go and the service comes to you – wherever you are in Delray Beach, free of charge. Tips are appreciated... This house is also located nearby I95 for visits to other Florida tourist attractions; e.g., Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Miami, West Palm Beach...we did a lot of sightseeing in our two weeks here. This hosts, Katie and Kevin, are tremendously friendly and attentive - always concerned about us enjoying our stay. They were always available and easy to reach via VRBO or cell. They responded quickly to all our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Delightful Family Retreat in Delray Beach!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful property in Delray Beach. We were passing through the area and luckily found it available for a short stopover stay. The house is nestled on a quiet street. I had a chance encounter with a kind neighbour across the street. His local insights, especially guiding us to a scenic family run to the beach down MLK Jr. Drive and then through the main downtown area were very helpful. The location of the house is great. It's conveniently close by car to essential stores like Target and Walgreens, ensuring we could easily pop out to get some essential supplies. In the evening we took a pleasant walk to the downtown area of Delray Beach, and the used the FreeBee Ride service to get back, an free app-based transport option available in the area. The house itself is impeccably clean. The kitchen, complete with a massive fridge, would definitely make meal preparation a breeze for a large group (our stay was sadly too short to make full use of it). The washer-dryer and two full bathrooms, were very helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the variety of pillows and blankets ensured everyone had a restful night's sleep and were powered for the day of road tripping ahead. The backyard is very well maintained and I also saw a bunch of beach stuff available in the garage which once again we didn’t have the time to use. Communication with the hosts was kind, easy and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Stay: Charming Home in a Lovely Neighborhood with Exceptional Hosts

I had an impromptu stay in Delray due to a canceled flight and chose this amazing property. The neighborhood is lovely, and the well-equipped home with updated furniture is ideal for couples or families. It was impeccably clean, and I felt safe in the area. The proximity to restaurants and shops was convenient. The hosts were super friendly and attended to my every need. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely be back on my next sales offsite trip for a longer stay.

OK If you don't care to walk around the area.

That pictured and described is simply not painting the true picture. The area is terribly run down, loud parties or whatever was going on in the streets at night, and not at all a feeling of safety. The picture of the outdoor area that shows first is not what you will experience. Furniture that is there is old and falling apart. When the HUUIUUGE roach ran across the floor one night that did it for me! Never again.

Fantastic

I am thrilled with our stay in this house. Extremely clean and well maintained - provided with every amenity you could think of for a family of 5 (2 adults a young adult and 2 young children). BUG AND PEST FREE!!!!!!!! Which is huge for me. Extra sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, everything even toilet paper. Close to downtown Delray, the beach, the college campus, Boca is only 15 min away. We were extremely comfortable and felt safe and secure in the home. This house made for the perfect vacation spot for our family. Our host were communicable and prompt, but really we had no need because we were fully accommodated (other than when we had an internet issue which was immediately remedied). Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us and we look forward to staying there in the future.

Beachy Vibe! Very Comfortable and Clean!

We really enjoyed our stay in Delray Beach, thanks to the very thoughtful preparedness of this rental. Everything was exceptional for us, 4 retirees with dogs! We loved the beach vibe throughout the house, and it was spotless- seriously! We had fantastic weather and took advantage of the nice outdoor space to eat meals or just read, and our dogs loved having a safe place to run around and fetch their favorite toys. The only issue we encounter was the location was not as close to the beach, so when we went, we drove and made a day of it by touring the downtown shops and restaurants.

The layout of the home was perfect for us. I loved the backyard and all that it had to offer but access to it wasn't the best. My 85 year old mother was with us and it was really difficult for her to walk on the rocks to get to the back yard. After a few attempts to run the dishwasher were unsuccessful, we realized the water shut off under the kitchen sink was turned off. There's a large pail under the kitchen sink that collects the leaking water which was pretty gross. Some of the glasses that were put away in the cupboard were dirty. It was as if instead of running them through the dishwasher someone just took a towel and wiped them out. Lastly, the home smelled pretty damp and there is an AC register in the master bedroom closet on the ceiling that is black around it. Wondering if there might be a mold issue.

All smooth for all parts of our stay

We weren't able to take advantage of the perks like the back and the beach stuff but this was just due to our schedule with family in the area. My wife ran in Lake Ida park which was nearby and really enjoyed the run. It was a very short drive away.

We had stayed at this property last year. Remains well maintained, clean. Good location and host was very available. From what we have found, there are few other VRBOs in this area that would compare. Will stay again when we are in area.

We loved this beautifully decorated sweet house that has everything you need. Backyard is perfect for relaxing and BBQ’s ! Close to downtown Delray and beaches as well as many other other attractions . Katie, our host, was amazing! She is so responsive and very helpful with recommendations and with anything you need. Perfect Vacation Rental in Delray Beach

Wonderful, clean & comfortable home within 1.5 miles to the beach. Easy to get around. Fully modern appliances, TVs, etc. Great air conditioning. Really great hosts are on top of everything and make it all easy. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
