Experience ultimate relaxation in our stylish Delray Beach townhome! Enjoy a heated pool, a plush King bed, and a fully equipped gym. Located just a 10-minute drive from the beach, this is your perfect retreat for a blend of comfort and coastal living. @GK_listings_delraybeach designed.

House Rules:
1. NO smoking (vaping, E-Cigarette, Hookah) in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home. 2. Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $35 via the platform so that we can authorize this for you.
3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
4. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the portal as part of our process.
5. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay
6. Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay.
7. Please observe and respect the Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM
8. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night
9. The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!
10. We require a $250 security deposit for stays less than 28 nights
11. We require a $300 security deposit for stays 28 nights or longer and once a month cleaning of $100 extra fee.
12. We advise against shipments and are not liable for any items shipped.
13. There is a $150 charge for losing key fob.
14. Prescreening background check and rental agreement required
15. Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED except for service animals
16. Must be 21 years or older

Clean and quiet townhome

The townhome was very clean and quiet and located in a very nice neighborhood. We used the gym each day and appreciated having the heated pool available. The townhome had everything we needed.

The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and pod coffee was provided for the first few days. Bedrooms were cozy. Communications with the host were very helpful.

Wonderful place!

Jon's property is wonderful, just as described and depicted in the photos. I had a great stay. The kitchen had a Keurig plus K-pods, sugar, and creamer - a huge plus. The place was spotless, and cleanliness is absolutely critical for me. The master bed is comfortable, and the guest bedroom has the same mattress. The master shower was awesome - use the mat that is so thoughtfully provided, as the beautiful tile can be slippery. Full-size washer and dryer were super helpful. The apartment is in a gated, secure complex with well-kept grounds. Entry to the complex and the unit was easy, and the parking place was in the driveway just outside the front door. It is a duplex townhouse, but I never heard a sound from the neighbors - very quiet with a lovely little back porch for enjoying morning coffee. Lots of drive-through places all around (Starbucks, Chic-Filet, Taco Bell, etc) and the grocery store is close too. Try the Wood and Fire restaurant across Atlantic from the property, it's excellent. This place is very close to my daughter's condo - I hope it is always available every time I go down to FL to visit! There are also super nice neighbors - I left my car lights on one night and a neighbor stopped by to let me know. Thanks, Jon, for hosting such an amazing property! Note: I also needed to stay an extra night, and Jon responded to my request immediately, even though it was after hours, and he was able to accommodate my request. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Fun in the sun

A great property in a great location with fab amenities. You’ll need a car to get around as is fairly normal in USA. Delray Beach and downtown have a cool vibe and my daughter loved the Malls and shopping too 😀
