Get the "Best of Both Worlds" with this charming lakefront cottage on a quiet circle in Dennisport, Mid - Cape Cod. You have waterfront access right outside your back door with gorgeous views of Swan Pond. Spend time on the lake or visit Sea Street and Glendon beach 1.5 miles down the street. Swan Pond is about 1.5 miles long and connects to Swan River - which connects to the beaches and the ocean on Nantucket Sound. Fish, kayak, canoe, sail, windsurf or just relax on this very beautiful lake, it’s up to you! The cottage has a new deck, paved patio and a private back yard that is spacious enough to entertain or just relax while watching the gorgeous views and wildlife. Swan Pond is known for its great fishing and canoeing. This pond has no public access for motorboats, so it’s very quiet. The cottage has 3/4 bedrooms, (NEW), Loft - with 2 single beds, one bath, outdoor shower and can sleep up to 8. It’s newly refinished with NEW floors and comes with a canoe, 4 kayaks, (NEW) 6-person aluminum rowboat, microwave, WIFI, Roku Streaming, washing machine, dryer, kitchen supplies and a NEW Weber grill. It’s a great way to enjoy the Cape Cod lifestyle. The cottage is conveniently located to the beaches, bike trails, and restaurants (Chapins, downtown, Sunday School, etc.). You can even walk to Clancy’s Restaurant.

Perfect getaway spot

The house was adorable and very clean & well organized. The lake was lovely, and we had a lot of fun using the kayaks. Location was great too; it was a short drive to go-carts, trampolines, mini golf, shops, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

The quintessential Cape Cod Cottage!

It has everything you could want in a Cape Cod stay - water front, quiet location but near lovely downtown Harwichport, beaches, entertainment, and restaurants. Plenty of sleeping room, cedar shingles, blooming hydrangeas, two patios AND a deck, and an outdoor shower! Would definitely rent here again.

The house was perfect for the 7 of us. We loved using the kayaks and fire pit. We had everything we needed to enjoy beautiful weather outside. The beds were comfortable. Fabulous yard

Had a great stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. The backyard was Amazing!! We loved the patio sectional couch, could sit there all day. Only suggestions would be newer beds and a new outdoor firepit. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful location

This was a great little cottage, with such a gorgeous view of the lake in the back. It was nice and clean and well-decorated, and the kitchen and game closet were fully stocked. The outdoor spaces with the hammock were really enjoyable. My favorite part was kayaking out to the tidal river, where we saw so many different birds and sea life. The only suggestion I can make is that master bedroom mattress was starting to sag and might need an update/flip, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A wonderful location, just a short drive to the beach and various restaurants but in a nice quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this lovely spot on the cape.

Wonderful stay

We loved staying here. Location in MidCape allowed us to visit the entire area. We loved the view of the pond and it actually was much bigger than we thought. We rode the bike trails, visited Provincetown, took the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Went to an amazing beach. We rode our bikes in the neighborhood and took out the canoe. I would not hesitate to book this property again

Lovely cottage like feel

My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary. It was quiet, serene, and private. We loved the backyard, the location was great to get to stores and restaurants and the inside of the home was comfy, updated and super clean. We will be coming back. Also, such a bonus that check in is at 2pm, it really allows you to enjoy your first day there. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice relaxing place

The house was very clean and all was as described and everything worked well. Its a great setting on the pond, very peaceful - we took advantage of the canoe. Great for biking, the rail trail is less than 2 miles away and beaches easily reached. The deck table was broken but that wasnt a problem as the weather was not the best! The house was just right for our stay.

Perfect first trip to the cape

Had the best spring break trip with our kids. The place was clean, efficient and had everything you needed. The backyard was very peaceful, kayaks, hammock and we even had a visit from a beautiful swan. It was central to everything we wanted to visit and just enough space for all of us. Communication was simple and any questions were answered instantly. Loved every minute of our trip and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful place!

Beautiful spot on Swan pond

Our family is familiar with this section of the Cape. This very nice home was on the end of swan pond. The access was fabulous and the amenity of kayaks, a canoe and row boat made water access so easy. The last day a swan mom dad and baby came upon the lawn to visit us! Sunsets so beautiful.
