Staff at check in was rude didnt confirm the amount and we were not charged the amount we booked the room for . It was $71 more . Had to have feont desk fix in the morning right before we had to catch the airport shuttle which almost made us miss it .

We ended up having to Uber to the airport bc the hotel van broke down and they couldn’t get their communications skills together; to get the other van there. That was a little disappointing since we stayed there for the shuttle service.
