This Modern Ranch home, located on Open Space, boasts gorgeous Mountain and Lake Views, and flows right into the back covered patio with comfortable seating inside or out for an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home, that hosts up to 12-14, is situated right in the middle of Boulder and Denver, and has easy access to all of your mountain adventures. Host your holiday gatherings or meet your family in Denver over the holidays.
You can watch the sunrise over the lake or take a morning walk on the trails. The great room is perfect for entertaining large or small gatherings alike. Hang out at the island, or lounge on the oversized couch, while taking in the views with the floor to ceiling windows. The open yet formal dining area can host any holiday or dinner. Offered is a main floor Master bedroom with a King Bed and en suite, equipped with a full bath and shower, soaking tub and luxurious walk in closet. Also on the main floor, is another bedroom with a Queen Bed and full bathroom. You'll also find a large laundry room located centrally on thew main floor. Head down stairs, and find a third large bedroom with a King Bed, walk in closet and full bathroom. You will also find a set of comfortable full sized bunk beds, suitable for 2 couples or families alike. Enjoy the large rec room, with a shuffleboard and theater style space. The house was a perfect setup for my sisters and I to meet up in Colorado together! We loved the basement setup where the noise could stay downstairs for the younger kids to sleep upstairs. The house was perfect, and we highly would recommend it to others!

Beautiful home. Great neighborhood!

We booked this property with two other families for our trip to Denver for the Colorado Sparkler softball tournament. Great location and the home had everything we needed! Beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms, playroom with bunk beds for the kids. Nice washer and dryer in laundry room was convenient as well for washing all the uniforms! Fantastic house.

Our family of 7 from Florida stayed at this wonderful home for our first Denver vacation. All correspondence was addressed in a timely manner. The home is situated so we were able to white water raft in Idaho Springs, ride the Georgetown train loop, attend the Rockies/Dodgers game at Coors Field, and hike in the Rocky Mountains. Plenty to enjoy in Arvada as well! We’ll miss the nature and views from the patio.

Wonderful Family Celebration!

This was a great VRBO to celebrate our son's graduation with our large extended family! There was plenty of room to mingle, areas to eat at, and a wonderful outdoor patio with a firepit for gathering around. It was about a 20 minute drive to CU/Boulder and we were able to go on back roads to avoid a lot of traffic which was very helpful to be able to get to campus. Quick drive to Golden for the Coors Light Tour as well! Downtown Denver does have some traffic but once again you can use some backroads which was helpful. Host was quick to respond to questions and made sure the grill and firepit had adequate propane for our use. There is a grocery store (and tire store which we unfortunately needed as well!) right down the road in addition to a nice coffee shop. Beds were comfortable and plenty of additional sheets, towels and pillows. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood on the sidewalks/trails with a beautiful view of the mountains! Would recommend Via Toscana for a delicious italian dinner and Deshebrado caterers for an easy tasty entertaining meal! We had a wonderful memorable family celebration!

Foothills Fun

Fun time in the foothills, with lots of room. The patio was a great place to drink coffee in the morning. Kids and family friends enjoyed the shuffleboard. King Soopers and Llamas right out the back door!

Perfect Family House for Thanksgiving

We had the perfect Thanksgiving in this beautiful Arvada home. The set up worked beautifully. Two adults were upstairs in the primary and a family of 5 shared the lower level. We each had private space so we could put the kids to sleep and still visit upstairs. The rooms were beautifully furnished and comfortable. The house is tucked in a nice neighborhood with a park/playground for the kids. It was in close proximity to a King Sooper and to fun food options making prepping for Thanksgiving easier. And the kitchen had everything we needed (except a Turkey pan - ha!) including a large table to gather round. The backyard was a nice place to congregate and watch 3 adorable llamas meander back and forth on a farm below. Working with Susie Properties was a pleasure, She gets back to you immediately able to answer any question. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

The home was very comfortable for my family. The basement is a fun hangout space to watch tv or play games. The main level is also very nice. The surrounding area is great with a grocery store and good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern, spacious in quiet neighborhood

This is a modern home in recently built neighborhood, with every amenity I could think of. The area is very quiet at night. Easy access to many nearby trails along the Front Range, and also to the Rockies. Nearby large supermarket and limited selection of restaurants. Patio faces East from elevated position so sunrise views are unblocked. Rabbits come to feed in the yard.
