Whether you're coming for a Broncos game, a concert or a weekend exploring Denver, this is an easy home base for four.

The private rooftop is the star of the house. Grab a drink, settle into the covered lounge, turn on the fire table and enjoy the city views with glimpses of the mountains. There's also room to soak up the Colorado sun or play a round of cornhole.

Inside, the home is bright, comfortable and a little different from the typical rental. The design pulls inspiration from Denver history and the original Elitch Gardens, but we've kept the focus on creating a place you'll actually enjoy spending time in.

The main level has a reclining leather sectional, Smart TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, spices and a Keurig.

Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, giving couples, friends or a small family their own space. You'll also have central A/C, fast Wi-Fi, private laundry and a half bath on the main living level.

And for event weekends, the location is hard to beat. Empower Field is about five blocks away, so you can leave the car behind for Broncos games and stadium concerts. Sloan's Lake, Meow Wolf, neighborhood coffee, restaurants and breweries are nearby, with easy access to LoHi, downtown and Ball Arena.

A private one-car garage is included, although Denver alley life is real: the garage and approach are tight and best suited to compact or midsize vehicles. Larger trucks and SUVs will generally be easier to park on the street.

One thing to know before booking: this is a multi-level townhome. The living area, bedrooms and rooftop are reached by stairs, and there is no elevator.

If you're looking for a quiet Denver home base with real personality, plenty of space for four, an easy walk to Empower Field and a rooftop you'll actually want to use, you've found it.

The Space

The home is spread across several levels:

Entry level
Private entrance and one-car garage.

Main living level
Open kitchen, dining area, reclining sectional, Smart TV and half bath.

Bedroom level
Two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath and private balcony.

Private rooftop
Covered lounge seating, gas fire table, sun loungers, cornhole, string lights, city views and glimpses of the mountains.

You'll also have a private washer/dryer, central heating and A/C, fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. There are no advertised sofa beds or additional sleeping spaces.

Guest Access

You'll have private access to the entire townhome, garage, balcony and rooftop.

Self check-in makes arrival easy. Just keep in mind that this is a vertical townhome with several flights of stairs and no elevator.

The private garage is best for compact and midsize vehicles. Larger vehicles may be more comfortable using available street parking. Please follow posted parking restrictions.

Location

You're in Denver's SloHi area, between Sloan's Lake and Empower Field.

The stadium is approximately five blocks away, making this an especially convenient home base for Broncos games and concerts. Sloan's Lake, neighborhood restaurants, coffee and breweries are nearby, along with access to Knox light rail.

Meow Wolf, LoHi, Ball Arena and downtown Denver are a short drive or transit ride away, and Red Rocks is easily accessible by car.

This is a residential Denver neighborhood, so you get convenient access to the city without staying in the middle of downtown.

Good to Know

Stairs: This is a tall, multi-level townhome with no elevator. It may not be a good fit for guests with limited mobility.

Rooftop: The rooftop is private and one of our favorite parts of the home, but Colorado weather gets the final say. Snow, wind and cold can limit its use during winter.

Garage: Private one-car garage included, but the garage and alley approach are tight. Smaller vehicles are the best fit.

Quiet hours: This is a residential neighborhood and not a party house. Please enjoy the rooftop while being respectful of our neighbors.

Pets: Pets are not permitted except qualified service animals as required by law.

Check-in / checkout: Standard check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM. Early check-in or late checkout is only available when specifically confirmed.
