Good location but a bit on the dated side. One issue is there is a night club next door, so if your light sleeper it might not be the place for you.

only good thing was cleanliness. otherwise it was dingy both the rooms and the area around. it looks like a converted motel. parking is tight and “breakfast” was horrible, more like snacks or continental. we didnt even have anything. our room key stopped working during our stay.

We like the location next to our favorite dance venue, and regularly stay here. But it isn't a neighborhood for everyone. Late night noise from the adjacent club, homelessness all around. The hotel itself, and its parking lot, always feel safe, though, and we plan to visit again.

Staff were okay and rooms were okay but the surrounding area is a warzone, people screaming all night and there were several long term residents that ran around the hotel like it was their apartment complex. Overpriced for the dump that it is, stay elsewhere!

The staff at this hotel are very helpful with check in. Not the quietest place to stay as it is on a Main Street and there is a pretty busy bar and concert venues are across the street. The mattress was new and very comfortable with very clean sheets and pillows. The bathroom is small and does not have a fan. For the price point, it is a good value. Coffee and continental breakfast is available. Parking costs $15. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy but within walking distance to many places of interest. We will stay there again.
