The check in agent was very nice. After that, the hotel is very well Lived and there is an odor that follows you from the hallway to your room, imagine cigarette and mold. Understanding this hotel is the ight on Colorado, but zero effort has been made to mitigate any noise. Overall, not sure how this hotel keeps its flag.

It was frustrating that only one room was ready and after a couple hours called to ask if second room ready she just said no I asked when it would be ready and she said she don’t know. For a non smoking facility our room 923 reeks of smoke. 8th floor vending machine pop was warm, when I went to get the second it was out so pressed for return of money and it only gave me .50 of my dollar. Not really impressed over all
