The property was advertised with a keypad to check in, which we could not find and had to use the back up lock box. It appeared the key pad had been romoved as there was a plasic fixture missing most of its parts inside the storm door. When we arrived, the cleaners hadn't shut the door properly, so we requested a walk through by the owner, which they promtly did. The front door never latched properly unless you used the deadbolt, so it is easy to see how the cleaners managed to leave it ajar, but also worrisome thst they didnt lock up properly. Overall cleanliness was fine, but if you looked closer, such as under beds, or on the white cabinets, no deeper clean had been done. We found lots of debris under every bed. One of the downsairs beds was also broken, as well as a hall closet door with a hole punched in it and missing light switches in one of the bedrooms. Location and available beds were exactly as described. Prearrival information package was very completed and had lots of suggestions for what to do during the stay.

Good-ish

The house had a few things that were broken, unusable, and ripped. Including the keypad that you initially use to sign in. It was broken and out of batteries. Thankfully we communicated with the owner and she offered a solution. But there was also a weird doll in one of the closets that creeped all of us out. Did not get a response from owner on that one. Overall pretty house, just some maintenance issues.

Great location

House was comfortable and nice layout. No issues with space. Due to the snow and moisture, might want to spray for spiders and insects. Would like to have had a TV in the bedrooms but it was not a show stopper. Had a great time and great visit to the Denver area.

We had issues, but Sam did his best.

Cleanliness was an issue - vents in the house, 5 beds with dirty bedding, 1 towel for a 3 night stay.... kitchen sink broken, basement shower doesnt drain properly, basement sink wasnt draining, basement stair bannister pulled from wall, no toilet paper holder in master bath, sink faucet loose in master bath, no furniture but a bed in the basement bedroom, only 1 TV in entire house - AC didnt go below 78 during the day, wrong entry code given to us at checkin, BUT we addressed it all the first day and Sam did his best to help us out. Things werent fixed or resolved due to the short stay, but at least he arranged for 5 beds to be cleaned for the 2nd night. Neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything. House was ok for 5 people who werent there the majority of the stay.

Lots of space!

I first started on a few other rental sites and booked a few places, just to find out that one of them had a full time tenant and the other had air mattresses
 that wasn’t the case here! Lots of bedrooms (you could definitely have more sleep areas if you counted the couch). Very clean and we LOVED the fact that there were plenty of fans. Overall, couldn’t complain about the space. Would’ve loved an extra tv in the living room or maybe one of the rooms, but it wasn’t a big deal. Very comfortable stay overall and I would definitely book again! So if you have a group of friends, this would be more than enough space
 we were only 3 and we didn’t even use 2 of the bedrooms or the room with bunk beds! 5 stars!
