Food was decent but breakfast closed sooner than it said it was closed. Bed comfortable but cleaning was not good. No washcloths, know shower step out towel. Put the exact same mints on the bed that we had since the day we got there. Garbage not emptied. Pool closed for cleaning 3:00 in the afternoon.

Nice place, but customer service Needs some work

The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle was on time.They were having 'technical difficulties' in that the key maker was not working. They also could not locate the key to unlock the wine for purchase and our room window had huge cracks in it. The manager was understandably stressed with the large technical difficulties and large amount of people checking in; HOWEVER, she let everyone know how 'pissed' she was and that was not professional at all or someone I would want representing my hotel.

Hotel was inside and out was nice. But after a long day of traveling with a sick child, being told parking was $12 then to have a lukewarm/cold shower I was just done with the day. I was excited to stay here because it was close to Children’s Hospital for my child.
