1. The location and price is very good. The staff is friendly and courteous 2. I arrived a little after midnight, when i got my room, I found clumps of hair on my bed, the floor and in the bathroom. The tub was also dirty. I brought this to the attention of the front desk agent and she advised would have housekeeping clean it in the morning. 3. The free breakfast was actually decent but the woman who was refilling the food, was not very friendly and appeared to be annoyed anytime someone asked her for help. Overall it fit what i needed but i think next time i will try the hotel next door. The cleaning staff needs training.

We called about our toilet leaking from the bottom part and the AC leaking on the carpet, leaving it wet the entire stay. We were told someone would look at both when we left out the room for the day. Came back to the toilet and AC both still leaking. We had to leave a towel on the floor around the base of the toilet due to it constantly leaking and leaving the floor slippery. The vent in the bathroom also did not work, leaving the ceiling dripping from the steam when taking showers. On a positive note, I will say the staff were friendly and the breakfast options each morning were decent, just wish it lasted longer than 9 am because we were on vacation and wanted to sleep in a bit longer.

Staff needs to give out more accurate information.We stayed at this hotel and made the days choices based on information provided 3 times to us by hotel staff. We said we wanted to return our rental car to Hertz and then get a ride back to the hotel and 3 times once in person, and 2 times over detailed phone conversation. The hotel staff said we just needed to call them once we had returned our car and someone would comw and get us..nothimh else. Then when we called after dropping the car off staff said we do not do that. And it took a couple minutes for staff to.say we needed to take a shuttle bus back to the airport east door 507 island 3 for pick up. That is allot of.detail for it not to be shared any of the times we.spoke with staff 3 times before this. We had to cancel dinner reservations and it just caused extra stress. Then the next day we get on the shuttle for our morning flight which my husband had asked them to add us to when we.checked in the night before and then again in the morning..as.we.are.all sitting on the shuttle.buss to go to the airport.. the driver gets on and.starts asking who signed up for the buss this morning and was basi ally insinuating that some of us may need to get off? If you are keeping a sign up list to make sure the bus does not get full... oh my gosh use it!! I heard they ended up providan uber for the person who could not fit on the shuttle. Better communication and organization is highly needed!!

You have to pay for parking. The breakfast was ok and the service just depends who the person is behind the counter. You get from night and day depending on employee

My car was broken into on the night my kids and I stayed here. My windows were busted in and everything was taken! There was another truck next to mine that was also broken into. When I ran inside to tell the staff, the girl at the counter didn’t seem like it was a big deal. I also tried telling her about the other truck as well and she couldn’t care less like they will find out when they walk out. I called the police and they asked me if they have cameras on the outside in the parking lot. Well I was informed that there is not one camera outside at all but the inside sure has them. They charge you for parking but can’t help you about anything that happens to your car. Why are you charging for parking when? When the cops showed up they informed me that this happens all the time at these hotels. The criminals know where to go because they know what hotels don’t have cameras. I didn’t get any offer from staff to help me with anything. I had to drive to Home Depot to buy all the stuff to tape up my window seeing how we still had a 5 hour trip that we had to make. This hotel made me very uncomfortable when I first got there because there is nothing around it like a ghost Town. My kids didn’t want to stay but we had to because it was already paid for. The pool that is there was extremely dirty and it’s the smallest pool I have ever seen in a hotel. My kids decided they didn’t want to even go in it because of it being dirty. So if you do stay here this same thing could happen!
