Great hosts. Property exactly as described with all the necessities for a short stay. Literally in the heart of Denver and just miles from most everything one would want to do. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean, well stocked, and comfortable place to stay. Much better than any hotel. The parking was also a huge plus if your getting a rental.

My husband and and I flew in to Denver to visit our daughter. Everything was great! Check in was easy. The (basement) apartment was so cozy and clean. They thought of everything. Perfect, immaculate and completely stocked.

We are in our 80’s and went to visit our pregnant granddaughter and husband who lived within blocks of this apartment. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed being there. We have booked with Homeaway now VRBO, for many years and many trips both in the USA and Europe and this was by far the cleanest and well stocked apartment yet. Sydney was a pleasure to work with. Super cute and clean. Area was nice, capitol area with close by coffee, sandwich shops, cocktails and bars. Short uber trips or transit to downtown as needed. The place had everything you needed - full kitchen. Just a funky smell in the bathroom, so our short trip was perfect.

Fantastic weekend!

Had a great weekend in Denver. You really cannot beat the location of this property, especially if you are going to see a concert at The Ogden or The Fillmore. Everything was as shown in the listing. Lots of appliance options for cooking and the living room was a nice space to hang out. The bedroom had everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the owners even provided an extra toothbrush and toothpaste in case we forgot ours. All in all, a really nice place; we would definitely recommend this and the owners! Thank you for hosting us!

Everything you need for a Capitol stay!

This updated and stylish apartment is everything you'll need and it's within walking distance to the Capitol. Clean, convenient, with a designated parking space, full kitchen and much more! Very new, very clean, very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the parking is a must-have! The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet at night, especially considering how busy the neighborhood is. The only alert I would share is that the neighborhood is very dense/urban and quite dirty with lots of homeless. Just to be aware.

Top notch condo

My husband and I visited Denver for a work conference and opted to stay somewhere else rather than the host hotel. So glad we did. The condo was pristine with every amenity you can imagine. It was within walking distance of really great places to eat (including several vegan places that are difficult to find in other towns). It was close enough to walk to grocery stores, parks, the downtown area, and even the Ball Arena to watch a couple hockey games. There are also several record stores, bookstores, and some live music venues nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and secure and we would definitely stay there again. Arriving at the condo and seeing the nice bottle of wine and card left for us was a bonus as well

Such a wonderful gem in the heart of Capitol Hill. From the moment we arrived we could see the time, talent and treasure that was invested in the design of this lovely home. It is warm and inviting and so comfortable. Everything that you need has already been provided by these thoughtful hosts! We appreciated all aspects of this home and were able to enjoy some great nights of sleep too! No need to look anywhere else as this home is perfection in Denver! We also appreciated the close walking proximity to Leven Deli which is one of the most awesome places to go for any meal, happy hour or meet up! We look forward to our returning to stay again in the future!
