It is a very nice, clean, and updated hotel. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. Location is close to the airport. We did not use the shuttle, so we cannot comment on that part, but they do charge parking fees.

We were not told about paying for parking and basically had to ask questions as she did not provide info. I asked to get some caffeinated coffee pods for my room, and she told me they had none but the other very nice gentleman at the desk searched each floor and found one for me. Seems this hotel is not as nice or accommodating as it was last year, not sure what changes happened.

I skipped breakfast due to needing sleep more than food. But…to my dismay, there was NO caffeinated coffee in my room!!! When I asked housekeeping one door down, I was told there was no caffeinated coffee!!! I was coming from 9 feet of snow in Alaska, numerous flight interruptions after a lot of shoveling and was looking forward to a quiet morning with my coffee 😱

The rooms were absolutely amazing, super soft beds and bedding, huge walk in shower and perfect pressure. Super luxurious room loved it so much wish I stayed longer. Would 100% book again at this hotel next time I’m in town.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good price for the area. Make sure you book your shuttle in advance. We had to take an Uber because the shuttle’s were all full.
