The day desk clerk did not pass on our need of the airport shuttle to the 5:00am desk clerk. We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and finally ask the clerk about our shuttle. He stated we were not on the list (his list was blank by the way - really unusual for the airport shuttle) He called the service and they were full. He said he couldn't do anything about it. Said he couldn't call us a cab-not authorized to do that! Didn't have any funds to pay for the mistake-not authorized. We were handed two business cards to call who we wanted. We got a cab in time to make our flight. It cost us an additional $45 dollars plus tip to get the cab driver out of bed and at the hotel. Never going to stay at this property again. An apology would have been nice. I'm sure the morning desk clerk did not pass on the incident to management!
