The day desk clerk did not pass on our need of the airport shuttle to the 5:00am desk clerk. We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and finally ask the clerk about our shuttle. He stated we were not on the list (his list was blank by the way - really unusual for the airport shuttle) He called the service and they were full. He said he couldn't do anything about it. Said he couldn't call us a cab-not authorized to do that! Didn't have any funds to pay for the mistake-not authorized. We were handed two business cards to call who we wanted. We got a cab in time to make our flight. It cost us an additional $45 dollars plus tip to get the cab driver out of bed and at the hotel. Never going to stay at this property again. An apology would have been nice. I'm sure the morning desk clerk did not pass on the incident to management!

The window in our room didn't seal right, they had put a towel or something in the sliding window at the top, this left a gap in being able to lock and seal the Window. The temperature was zero, cold air leaked in the room quickly and the heater ran continously, also because the windows wasn't closed correctly the street noise was HORRENDOUS. All night long. We should have requested another room. Also the building smelled like pot, strongly. Will NEVER stay there again. 970-580-2227

First of all they advertise airport shuttle BUT it is not 24 hours but that was not noted in ad . I had to pay$45 for taxi because shuttles not available before 5:00 AM. First room we went to had not been cleaned . Room we stayed in- door would not close completely . Otherwise it was fine .Staff was friendly and apologetic

Management please look at: smell of pot in elevator. Breakfast start time is posted as 6am, yet we were told 5:30. Transport driver had to stop and pickup some passenger's personal luggage that fell out of van while on the way to the DIA. All other aspects of stay was very good. thank you.

The Front Desk morning staff went above and beyond to make our experience great! Breakfast was good, room was clean, online check in was nice, because we didnt arrive until 12:30am.

After a flight delay our family arrived to this disaster of a hotel. When we arrived the lobby smelled of pot. Despite our confirmed reservation we were sent to a room with someone in it. Before the clerk finally admitted that someone got checked into our room, we were twice given keys to a room that the keys wouldn’t open. Finally fed up with the poor service and no room, we took our bags and skis and rolled them across the parking lot to a Hampton inn (which was great).

The room was dirty. It was supposed to sleep 6. When we took the cushions off the sofa to pull out the sleeper bed it said it was broken and there was a bunch food, baby toys and truash under the cushions.
