Modern Townhome in the heart of Denver's Hottest Neighborhood (LoHi). Rooftop deck with spectacular views of Downtown; walk to the city's best hot spots! An open plan living area includes a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, and gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Large windows bathe the space in light and create the feeling you are in a detached home. A half bath and balcony with gas grill complete the 2nd floor space. On the third floor are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and queen size beds. The fourth floor includes a spacious rooftop deck with amazing city views. A gas fire pit makes this the perfect spot to cozy up with a glass of wine all year round.

This property was amazing! It was beautifully decorated inside and out, and it is in the perfect location! The host was such a pleasure to work with, and everything is just as it looks in the photos. We will for sure stay here again when we come back to Denver!

Can’t say enough about this place- perfect location, house is gorgeous inside and out. Perfect place to stay to visit Denver for a day or a week. Amazing place to stay!

Stayed here with some family for a holiday weekend and the place was absolutely incredible. Everything was super clean and had all the essentials you could ever need and then some. Most definitely would recommend staying here and is on my list for the next time I'm in Denver. Thanks to the hosts for providing such an awesome experience!

Brett’s property was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Great central location, walking distance to delicious food and convenient to lots of fun things to do in Denver. Amazing location and incredible place! Loved that we could walk to so many places, the view of the city, and all features of the home. The area was safe, Brett was super responsive, and it was a plus to have the garage since we rented a car. One of the best places I’ve ever rented.
