This renovated, two-story, fully furnished home is perfect for families or executives needing short-term housing options without the hassles of long-term leases. Completely plug and play ready! Enjoy access to 4 bedrooms for a total of 8 people. This home has everything you'll need during your stay. Located in beautiful Rochester you will find many surrounding restaurants and attractions. We have Ring security cameras on the exterior/garage of the home. 1-Ring Doorbell, 1 ring-camera located in the front of the house, 1 ring-camera in the backyard, and 1 camera in the garage in plain sight. These ring cameras have the ability to record during your stay and are motion activated.

It had everything that we needed available for our use and it was a very comfortable set up. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. This house was close enough to my family that we could easily walk to their house. The piano was an added benefit because my 2 grandsons played their recital pieces for the family. It was a very enjoyable stay!

The home was perfect for our extended family (my husband and myself, son, DIL and 2 grandsons). We were in town for a family wedding. Gabe was kind enough to allow my niece and bridal party to get ready at the house. It turned out to be the perfect location for some bridal pictures next to the piano!

Neighborhood Oasis

This home was very comfortable, clean and cozy. It was close to Meadowbrook Hall where we had a family wedding. The owners were easy to communicate with and were flexible with some of our requests. The property is adjacent to a green space. We saw deer in the backyard every morning. There is a beautiful piano, so if you play, remember to bring some music. There are accessible trails to wander just behind the house. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Michigan. We felt at home here at this beautiful property.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay and hope it’s the first of many. The neighborhood is charming and we absolutely loved seeing does with their fawns daily. The home was clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the higher end, clean and in good condition toys (duplos and trains). If you have mobility issues there is a large step down into the family room and some big wrinkles in an area rug which could be an issue. There was also clearly pets in the house before with some pet hair about (not an issue for us but could be if you had allergies). Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again!

Family Stay

We had a fantastic stay! We were in RH for my nieces graduation party and wanted to be close to my brothers house. This location was perfect for that and also close to so many other things. We were very comfortable as a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids under 7) and enjoyed the backyard and quiet neighborhood. We brought bikes and even took bike rides. We will definitely be staying again when we visit. Also Gabe was fantastic to communicate with. We had some question upon arrival and he was very fast to respond and give an answer. Thanks for the hospitality!

Worth Every Penny

My spouse, kids and I were traveling to visit my family and with 4 kids it's a bit challenging finding adequate space. This house is large, in a great neighborhood we were able to do walks in and had a great space outback for eating and playing. Bring your baby gate and you'll be all set for a fabulous, luxury, yet homey stay! Will definitely be back.

Awesome Experience

My family came into town from Arizona, Colorado, and Florida for a family reunion and wedding. We all met up at the house and it was gorgeous! Exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and clean. Gabe the property manager answered all of our questions promptly whenever we had a question and the house was better than we even imagined it would be. Incredible experience and if we ever make the trip back to Michigan we definitely know where we want to stay.
