Check in was pleasant. Hotel was spotless! Beautiful ambiance! Although the sheets were clean, there were signs of stains and the fitted sheet was ripped. Bed was a very firm mattress and pillows were very flat. Attached restaurant was very neat decor and vibe and the food was delicious! My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub at 745 am. Great place for families!

Staff was nice. The sheets on our bed were staind and torn when we get in our room. It took awhile to get someone up to replace them. Overall room was nice, but the walls are paper thin. Restaurant connected to the hotel was really good too.

This hotel feels like it is being neglected. rust on the floors at the ice machines, dirty lounge chairs and unkept elevators and bathrooms that are very different from when it first opened. Lots and lots of kids and pet dogs barking and running up and down the halls and taking over the pool and hot tub.
