Had a reservation and AJ the attendant said it was 1st come 1st serve. Reservation was made for 80 year old elderly family during a snowstorm during a power outage. They also called before driving to confirm. Property was dirty. Also, had to dispute with the credit card company to reverse the change. These people are fraudsters with a filthy hotel. Do not book.

Don't waste your money

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Complete renovation, including staff
Old, Room and halls smelled. Our room was very disappointing. Carpet stains, Bathroom floor badly stained, cracked sink in bathroom and cracked toilet. Was listed as kitchen, with dishes and cookware. ONLY if you asked the desk could you have them. They must have been made of gold. Housekeeping didn't exert themselves on cleaning the room. Basically made the bed and gave fresh? towels. They smelled strongly of bleach. Could smell people smoking in hallway, it drifted into our room. We were awaken early in morning by someone jumping up and down constantly for about 1 1/2 hrs. Maybe they were exercising?? And breakfast consisted of choice of coffee or tea. and instant oatmeal, granola bar, apple! Suprised it was even listed on travelocity!

Not a Vacation choice

This chain is not a full service hotel. sheets and towels changed twice a week. Kitchen included but no utensils unless you ask and then no assurance they are clean. They are given to you in a plastic tube. Only pro was the air was cold from the AC.
