Expedia has not updated their information about this property. I was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub and the jetted tub in the room. The lady at the desk said that they removed the jetted tubs from the rooms 2 years ago. Also they removed the hot tub. The flower beds were dead and overgrown with weeds. Bathrooms and the stairs where disgusting.

No Hot Tub

I booked this hotel because the Hampton Inn is always a favorite. I like having a hot tub. But I wasnt told at check in that this one has a broken tub. I was still charged full price. When amenities are listed on the website they had better be there. In working order. I won't be back.

The room was pretty big, large TV and comfortable bed. The pillow however was uncomfortable, too firm. While the hotel was nice, it was difficult to sleep inn. Kids were running up and down the hallway screaming for a good hours from 8am to 10am. I know its more of parenting concern.

The only reason I got a room there was because they had a Jacuzzi. I verified it on the hotels.com site. They do NOT have a hottub.

This hotel was amazing. You won’t regret choosing to stay here. Our room was recently renovated, everything smelled fresh and all was clean. The beds and pillows were oh so comfy. Breakfast was a hit in the morning. Staff was very nice at every encounter. I can’t say enough good things. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Experience

unable to stay due to a family emergency. Refusing a refund because I was unable to cancel due to it. Tried explaining the situation and they refused. Family emergencies can't be planned unfortunately and they didn't care.
