Clean and comfortable

One night stay for gymnastics competition. The hotel was clean and comfortable, front desk was very friendly. The hot breakfast was adequate, nothing special but adequate. The pool was a bit on the smaller side but had good water temp and was clean (no hot tub). Our issue was that the room did not come with any sort of bedding for the sleeper sofa. When the room includes a sleeper sofa it seems it should have bedding for it in the room. The front desk was happy to offer it. I did get an extra pillow for it but it was the last one they had. The group behind us needed bedding as well and there wasn’t more pillows for them. The sleeper sofa mattress was also plastic wrapped. It didn’t affect the comfort but moving around while sleeping did create some noise. Overall it was a good night and we’d probably stay there again should the need arise.

I would stay again

Room and Hotel were clean. Across the parking lot from Great Lakes Crossings. Pool a little small but was clean and working. Breakfast had a decent selection.

We came to the area for Sea Life Aquarium and Legolans for our sons 2nd birthday. The location was extremely convenient, the staff phenomenally friendly and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time.

I was stuck far from home with my son in heavy snow. I was told there were no rooms available but my mother was able to get us one minutes later. I wonder why my young son and I were turned away. Besides this, it was a very nice stay, good breakfast and nice pool.
