Check in was seamless, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast workers were on top of refilling and wiping clean as needed. One of the gentlemen even made gluten free toast for me!!!

We came here for a concert and booked the room months before hand. And it was a good thing. The staff said they were booked the day before and booked the day we were there. We couldnt get our room till 4 pm ,cause they were still cleaning rooms, but the staff was very nice the whole time. The room was awsome. Just about spic and span cleanliness. The hotel is just down the road from the mall and other places, so great area if youre wanting to shop. And it was only a few minutes from the pine knob venue for our concert as well so that was cool. And they do shuddle to that venue for future reference. The breakfast we got the next morning was awesome. It was so good. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bread items, juice and milk bar and so much more. It was worth it. We will stay here again. It was a great experience so thank you.

The room was very clean and the front staff was incredibly friendly with any questions that I had. The rest of the staff throughout the building were also so nice when I would encounter them. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. There’s a mall about a 2 min drive away. Overall, very good experience at this hotel.
