Everything was wonderful with the exception that I was charged an incidental fee upon check-in. I understand the practice, but I was a prepaid customer and it wasn't necessary. I am not wealthy and it caused a little stress at the time. If it was stated upfront on the numerous booking details sent to me during and after the reservation process, I could have acted accordingly. The hotel itself is very clean and wonderful to stay in.

Nice hotel

Very clean hotel! Friendly staff! We stayed in a suite with a sofa bed, which had sheets and extra blankets already in the room for it. Very nice stay!

We arrived for check in a little later than we hoped, 9:30pm to have to wait for a host to greet us. Took them about 10 minutes to finally show up and we realized they were sitting behind the pillar of the cafe area on their phone. Once we got into our room, we noticed it was a nice property but the pillows on the bed were small and looked like couch pillows. There was also water damage in the shower above the shower head. We only got our room cleaned once and that was on the fourth day after I asked housekeeping if the room was on their list. Late at night and early in the morning, other guests were so loud and disruptive that you would be awakened in the middle of the night. If I was to return to the area, I would probably look at other properties before giving this one a try,

1. I cut my finger on a little piece of metal in the shower. (Good thing i got an up to date tetnus shot! 2. There we ladybugs EVERYWHERE, which at first I thought was cute but then there were SO MANY it was actually kinda off putting.
