Our first room: the bathroom was covered with urine and poop in the toilet, dirty sheets and so much more. We went back the the desk and we were moved. Our 2nd room: Had food all over the counters, wall, curtains and on the floor. Sink was broken, drawers didn't say in (they had tissues shoved in the cracks to try and keep it shut). I could keep going.

Staff was very courteous, could not have asked for better. However the room was lacking in maintenance. Sheets had holes, no do not disturb sign or ice bucket, i went to the front desk to ask for an ice bucket and it took about 10 minutes to find one. I should stress the staff was doing all they were able with what they were equipped with. Also pets should be kept on one floor and patrons should be asked if the pet floor was acceptable.

Staff was GREAT! Bed was comfortable, we had a good stay. Only less than perfect things were that the shower/toilet room was kind of small, but got the job done. Also you could hear kids running through the hallway(not hotel fault)
