Second floor Property is great for short term stays and is located close to downtown Rochester. Great restaurants, and amenities available. Area was quiet during our stay Adam was very responsive to any concerns. Unit appeared clean, although due to the age of the property, there was some wear and tear. There was ample space and linens for the the stay. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were large. Plenty of space. Cons: Lighting in the bedrooms was inadequate. Only small tabletop lamp. Same in living space. Garbage disposal was missing the inner liner and sprayed debris up when used. Contacted Adam about this and he said he would take care of the issue.The exhaust fans in the bathrooms need cleaning. Did not make dinners in the space so cannot comment on oven. All in all just needs a little TLC

I booked this property for my best friends birthday weekend. Great! Lots of space & was suitable for her & I. The two guests we did have over kept complimenting the spot, and so did she! It was a hit she loved it. Area is great. Property comes with dishes/other resources you may need. Everything went without a hitch and the Host is very communicative. Responds within 15 mins of inquiry. Overall, i will definitely be booking with this host again. Thanks again!

Clean, quiet, comfortable with everything I needed and more. Cozy towels, in apt stacked washer & dryer to dewrinkle packed clothing, air fryer, wonderful propane stove. Close to all kinds of shopping, salons, and restaurants. I stayed a week for business.

Great price, pet friendly

We came up to Michigan to visit family and friends. Location was great for that but what surprised us was the wonderful trail system that they have just a 1/4 mile from the apartment. Great restaurants right off the trail. We would stay there again when we come up.
