Terrible Experience
They overbooked our room and all rooms were booked on that day. So we had to go find another hotel. Front desk staff told us that we should try nearby hotel but did not help us to call to check availability or anything. The told us that it will be canceled once we canceled the reservation on hotels.com but ended up charging us even we did not stay. We had to drive back to the hotel on the next day to get our money back. We were lucky we were still nearby There is no compensation from them and they just blamed the hotels.com for the overbooking. On side note, we ended up staying at one of the Marriott hotel and explained why we ended up to the hotel and they told us that if it happened there, Marriott provide a room or if all rooms booked, they pays for the another hotel as compensation. From now on we will only stay Marita hotel. We use hotel.com often and never have had this problem other than this hotel. This was terrible experience we never have had before and are disappointed in their customer service.
