I made my reservation at 1:00 am. Showed up same day at 4:00 am was told I needed to come back at 11:00 pm. When I showed up they told me to come back at 4:00 pm. Never stayed there canceled my reservation and sleeped in my car insteed. Do I get the taxes and fees returned since I canceled and never stayed in the hotel.

Room design was great. Property was great. Front desk very good, except they did not advise us of limited housekeeping. Also, there was a meat blood stain in the refrigerator approximately 2 feet by 1 foot. It also seems housekeeping does not pay sufficient attention to cleanliness of eating utensils and glasses.

this was honestly one of my best stays ever with a fantastic room at a cheap price i didnt try the breakfast if they had one but we loved the place

At check in the staff was not at desk there was a sign that said to press zero and staff will come. I heard the staff member in the office/front desk area. So I waited a couple of minutes. Just as I picked up the phone the front desk person yells out “I see you. What do you want? I said I would like to check in. We exchanged a few words. I expressed my disdain for the 150.00 deposit and the 5.00 parking fee. And she said you should have read the website better. The room was average the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping could be better. I won’t stay there again.
