We did not notice there were no privacy window coverings in the room until we came from the pool really late and the kids started to fall asleep. I went to close the shade and there was no shade. We had to tape a sheet up against the wall to get privacy. It was very uncomfortable. All of the other guest rooms had window coverings, except ours. I reported the issue to overnight staff and morning staff upon checkout and was told I would not be charged. Fold out bed was soiled with chips and glitter from previous occupant.

First of all the hotel is new and the people who stay on that hotel are throwing trash at the elevator and there’s a towel inside the swimming pool it’s dirty. They never change our bed sheet and we always asked a towel. My husband asked if they can clean our room and when we came they never cleaned. But some staff of the front is very nice to us . All over give them 7.

Excellent hotel

Beautiful hotel and the room was amazing. It had a kitchenette and high ceilings plus a smart TV. The beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast had a great variety of food. Highly recommend!!

We liked the layout and design of the common areas and room. The hotel breakfast, coffee station, and store were all well stocked and accessible during our weekend stay. We enjoyed the service and the room was well cleaned. Some issues we experienced were the bathroom fan not working, loud hvac, and loud guests in the hallway disturbed sleep. There was a big football game and parties happening in town but we were in town for a funeral. So, it was rough. Would try again but for top floor and away from the street side only.

I like the cleanliness, but rooms heat control were not user friendly, bathroom lights didn’t work on 2nd day of my stay! Lastly, parking was limited on a snowy day, when capacity was near full. Overall an average experience!!
