Me and the family waited for the receptionist for 30 minutes until she showed up her name is Annel. She was not helpful at all and wouldn’t even look at us when we talked to her very bad attitude. All 3 rooms were FILTHY I’m talking about dirty beds bathroom and furniture. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. The walls were very thin you could hear the tv in other rooms. People were having a birthday party and were yelling and jumping up and down. Save your money and go somewhere else probably a motel would have been cleaner and better choice. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Nice and Quiet

eview for Tru by Hilton I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton and had a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Their attentiveness really stood out. I will be back.
