Initial check in staff on Saturday night 10/11 was less than helpful and practically rude. Due to an error in booking, we checked out Sunday morning and back in Sunday night. Morning staff was delightful and most helpful! Restaurant staff and housecleaning all lovely. Restaurant ans hotel was clean but surrounding area is quite dirty.

The management here was some of the BEST we have ever encountered in all of our journeys!! Incredibly considerate and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional … and it starts at the top with Filipe!! We were so lucky to have stayed there! Whenever in Dublin … this is where we will stay!

A helpful and friendly staff. The hotel restuarant food is OK , but anything special. The hotel rates is too high for the quality and location. When I checked out at the hotel I asked for a print out for the my bill, I told I need to reach out to Expedia to the see the bill. i still cant find my bill on Expedia. i paid $2.000 (plus) for this hotel. Why is so difficult to view by bill?

unfortunately, we were just above the entrance to the hotel in the suite and every time the automatic doors open there was a noise that came up through the ceiling and into our room, which is very annoying. The Windows could probably use a cleaning too.
