This was my first time in Dublin Ireland, and I did a lot of research on the hotels around the area. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant staff were top-notch and the food was delicious. I will definitely stay there again when I return.

The location is great , perfect hotel for a family of 5 , they have the room with bunk beds! and the Laundry service by weight is just the best !

The hotel was clean and staff was good. The location was excellent, however, I found the area more congested than I would have liked. Also,I thought the price of the hotel for the room size and overall facility was too much, relative to other properties in the area that I have stayed at.

Great location and great service at the Grafton

Very friendly and professional check in. Our party was upgraded due to a birthday celebration. Great instructions on thehotel and all the activity around. Location was fantastic, parking close by and a 2 minute walk to Grafton street, shopping and a range of restaurants.

The hotel is ideally situated near a very active area with restaurants, pubs, shops nearby, yet it was still quiet and an island of calm in the midst of the activity on the street. Rooms and baths were well appointed, the bed was comfortable.

This hotel was in a central location - within walking distance to Trinity college and Grafton street as well as many restaurants and shops. We were there over a weekend and the Friday and Saturday nights were very busy - outside hotel and in area. Different vibe on weekdays. The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The rooms were great - very clean and with a North American sized King. Buffet breakfast was great as well as the coffee/cafe in lobby (although limited hours and small bites available). We enjoyed our stay but may consider a quieter neighbourhood next time.

Great location, close to many landmarks. I was able to walk to tour St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle and Book of Kells. Grafton shopping district has great shops, restaurant, and entertainment. Hotel buffet breakfast is wonderful.
