Pet friendly, brand new house, large backyard, very quiet area. Everything was great in this house. The garage has a table tennis setup and some other games. Nice firepit. We both a saw and cut some of the wood that was laying around in the backyard. There was even a very nice Christmas tree set up for the guests! The only minor issues we had was the water pressure in the kitchen and the backyard cameras pointing at the jacuzzi and the seating areas (no privacy).

The home is a delight for the senses. The decor is very tasteful. We almost felt the tableware was too fancy to use. But we got over that feeling and let ourselves be pampered in luxury. There is a large flatscreen tv in every room, art on the walls, and tons of games in the converted garage gameroom. Beds are comfortable. Walkin shower in the master bath is a definite plus. We would have been well entertained just staying at the house but the proximity to Rainbow Springs and Crystal River means that there are many local attractions to visit. So we were happy to return to the house each evening to recharge and relax. We had no problem finding great restaurants nearby. The house also has a full complement of dishes and cookware for those who want to prepare and eat in. The back proprty is huge and has a spa, lighted outdoor patio and fire pit. All in all, a resort quality accommodation for a family or one or two couples needing a quiet getaway. The neighborhood is about 3 miles from any major roads and is very secluded. We only heard about 3 cars on the road the entire time we were there.
