This relaxing, smoke-free property is located in Dunnellon Florida. The area is known for its beautiful Rainbow and Withlacoochee Rivers.
The maximum occupancy is six guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bath has a double vanity, garden tub, walk-in shower, and water closet. Guest rooms have queen beds. One guest room includes a desk and workstation. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. We welcome long term rentals and offer a discounted rate.
The living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen are the hub of the house. Sliding glass doors lead to an expansive lanai that is screened and also covered, no blazing sun or bugs. A gas grill, patio furniture, and loungers are ready for your use. The backyard view is woodsy and private; neighbors are at a distance. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the birds. At the tree line, there is a walking/bicycle path that traverses the community.
The home is on a wooded property and Florida is endemic to critters, insects, lizards, grasshoppers, palmetto bugs, spiders and snakes. Please keep doors and windows closed. We are diligent with our pest control. There will be no refunds if you have an encounter. On a happier note, deer, fox, rabbits, and hawks are regular visitors, and you may see them in the early morning.
