The room I had for the second week running had no heating, but they did provide an electric heater which I couldn’t keep on because of the noise it made. I arrived for breakfast at 8.00 on Sunday morning with only 4 people in there and ordered immediately as I had a meeting arranged for 9.00, but by 8.35 there was still no sign of my breakfast so I had to leave. I would at the very least be compensated for the £9.00 I paid for breakfast but a little extra would be appreciated. Regards Chris Skudder

All staff throughout bar/restaurant and hotel that we encountered were friendly,helpful and provided an excellent service.
We had one complaint about noisy people staying in another room of which was swiftly dealt with.
Our room provided more than I expected such as hair/body lotion for bath/shower and hand soap at the sink(all environmentally safe).A hair drier,ironing board and iron provided.
The complimentary tray of tea/coffee,milk and sugar was refreshed daily and the bins emptied.
The bed was very comfortable ,the room was very warm.Too warm for us so we just opened the window.
The bad bits:
A damp patch behind the door.
Towels were not refreshed daily.
Loose toilet seat(now reported).
We would definitely stay here again and would look forward too it.

The check in was easy and the room lovely nice and clean. The only gripe we have was the radiator was stuck on, so was very hot in the room even with the windows open.
