Tucked by an enchanting creek, this newly built cabin is a serene haven where nature and comfort meet. Unwind together in the hot tub beneath the stars, relax in the wood fired sauna, or enjoy a fun evening in the game room. Let the soothing sounds of the creek lull you to sleep as you take in the beauty of the outdoors from every window. Explore nearby trails and quaint towns. Pet-friendly, perfect for couples seeking a retreat of their own in every season.
Our Creekside Cabin nestled in the heart of the Catskills is just 3 minutes from Lake Colgate, 6 minutes from Hunter Mountain, and the charming town of Tannersville.

As you enter the property, there's a winding path that guides you to the brand-new wood-fired sauna with a view of the creek. Follow the stone walkway down to a tranquil pond where you may spot a native trout or two or take a short stroll to a covered gazebo with a fire pit.

The first floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a full-size alcove bed and an adobe wood-burning fireplace surrounded by built-in benches perfect for cozy evenings.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom featuring a dedicated workspace with high speed Wi-Fi and a cozy sofa, ideal for reading or daydreaming. The upper level also includes a full bathroom and an open closet.

Firewood is provided for your convenience. Tea and coffee pods, bath robes and disposable slippers are also provided.

Step outside onto the deck, where you’ll find a private hot tub, a pizza oven, and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and relaxation.

For entertainment, the basement is a lively space featuring a TV, an air hockey table, a jukebox, and a full bathroom. The house is also equipped with a full sound system that you can connect your Bluetooth to or listen to the radio.
There's a generator that prevents you from not enjoying the house during power outages and an EV charger. There's also a whole house filter with UV.

Creekside Retreat is MAGIC: Peaceful natural location. Warm creative design. High quality amenities (hot tub on deck overlooking g creek and natural wood burning sauna!?!?). A clean & tidy space that looks like your artistic, but organized friend would have if she had her dream place. Over all, truly great weekend getaway for my wife and I. We definitely plan on going back!

Absolutely stunning property, the pictures don't do it justice. The host was lovely and responsive & the home was immaculate, with attention to so many thoughtful details. Very private and peaceful, we barely left the property to explore the region as we just wanted to relax and enjoy the place. Super unique little spot where the hosts have thought of everything :)

Lovely place full of things to do inside and out! Inside we have the sweet hot tub and relaxing sauna and outside we can fish, canoe and hike nearby! I loved my stay here so much. The little details like the clean house and little chocolates were the cherry on top. 100% recommend coming! Theres one bed and a smaller reading area that can be used as a bed which worked out well :) host was also very responsive and kind!

Diana's place here by the creek was exactly what we needed to get away for our long weekend! I would have to say it's probably one of our best experiences we have had at a rental so far! Everything was as described, the house had plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and listening to that creek off the deck was so peaceful. Colgate Lake right down the road was a nice visit, as was the hike to Kaaterskill Falls, and of course the views of the fall foliage and the surrounding mountains was beautiful. Thank you!

Lovely stay in the mountains

We had a wonderful time at the house. We only stayed two nights but everything went very smoothly! The house is exactly as pictured (if not even better!) We especially loved the creek in the back, the hot tub, and the bed was so comfortable! The linen sheets were a nice touch. We also appreciated the slippers provided. An additional nice touch would be some robes to get in and out of the hot tub!

Pre- thanksgiving retreat

We had the most amazing relaxing vacation - normally I am restless and to go to town or hike- but this time there was no reason to leave. What a magical place! Hot tub in the snow. Watching it fall from the sauna. Lovely!

Luxurious, cozy retreat

Checking in was a breeze. The place has almost too much to do: wonderful small kitchen, reading nook and extra bed, indoor fireplace, large walk-in shower, king size bed, outdoor reading chairs and outdoor dining table, pizza oven, hot tub, sauna, and other amenities. Would be a great place for a couples getaway. We were surprised there was only one bed. With the large spaces and numerous amenities, it would be great if there were dedicated beds/bedrooms for at least 6 people. We would definitely return.

It’s in the details!

We just had the most magical time at this home and utilized all it had to offer. The property owner has thought through every last detail of what one might need and enjoy while staying at the house. We loved the sauna, jacuzzi, pizza oven, indoor fireplace, downstairs game room and surround sound! This property is a true gem for a romantic and relaxing getaway. We were planning the next trip back before leaving the driveway. If I could give six stars I would!!
