When checking in the desk manager was pretty rude. When checking in he was asking who I was staying with and what my relationship was. When I said my kids he asked “just you and your kids” and kind of gave me a weird vibe. The first credit card u gave him I explained has issues with the chip and if it wasn’t gonna work I can try a different one. He tried running it multiple times on the chip and then said “I need you to give me a card that works” so gave him a different card and he just seemed so annoyed. Once in the hall to our room the whole hall smelled like cigarettes. There was zero water pressure in the shower unless it was ice cold. The TV channels that given did not line up with what was given and also only half of them worked. Just an okay experience overall.

Tvs are needed to be bigger in sizes and clear in quality picture and good in wifi connectivity. The window screens are needed to new ones. The flies can go through the slot of screen. The hotel rooms should inspect before next guests so you will get a better rating. Just saying.

shower curtain was dirty, looked like blood. toilet moves when you sit on it and I'm only 115 lbs. all the tv channels were analog and was snow on most channels and the sound settings on tv really bad. There was a moldy smell as soon as you walk in. Over all was not enjoyable experience will not be staying there again

The room and bathroom were very clean. Microwave and fridge is convenient. The shower temperature is great but the pressure is a bit weak. One of our towels had short curly hairs all over it.
