Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage days are Tuesdays and Fridays, they pick up early. You can place trash bins out Monday and Thursday evenings. Also on your check out day, please place trash bins to the curbs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Graduation and Baseball Getaway

The pictures were a great intro to the property, but actually staying there was a memorable experience. The location has great access to the main highways, neighborhood is quiet, and there were a great selection of amenities to utilize. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay within 30min radius!

Nice and Easy Stay

The home was very nice and clean. The host has a lot of things that were helpful like a beach chair and umbrella. The house was clean and easy to access. We visited for a wedding and it was in a good location. Would stay again if I am back visiting!
