Egg Harbor Cottage, open year-round, a chalet located on a wooded lot just a few miles from downtown Egg Harbor. This three-bedroom cottage has been modernized to be your home away from home any time of the year. Dual zoned central air conditioned for your comfort along with a central germicidal air purifier. The main level features three separate entries. The layout includes a spacious master bedroom including a king, and a sizeable closet. Across the hall, one full bath with a jetted whirlpool tub/shower to help you relax. The cottage is equipped with a full amenity kitchen, a walk-in pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a full laundry with front loading washer and dryer. The dining room table allows seating for six to eight, and a snack bar. The cozy living room has leather furniture, wood burning fireplace, 65" curved screen Smart TV with cable, and a Blu-ray player. The open concept of the dining room and kitchen has a patio door leading to a beautiful, wooded yard for privacy. The second level houses two spacious bedrooms with three queen beds along with closets. One of the second level bedrooms has a 43” Smart TV, Blu-ray player, DVD’s, books, and family games to enjoy. The second level bathroom has a shower.
Outdoor features: This home sits on one acre with a paved driveway conducive for vehicles and watercraft. The main and side entrances include a porch, and seating for two. The stone walkaround leads to a stone patio with two patio tables, umbrellas and eight chairs. Enjoy cooking on the gas grill or over the nearby firepit. This cottage is just minutes from downtown Egg Harbor where you can enjoy some of Door County’s best dining and shopping. Later in the evening, take an evening stroll a few blocks to view the vibrant colors of a Door County sunset.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this property, the charm, and how well equipped it was. The beds were very comfortable. The surrounding area is great for a stroll since the neighborhood is quiet. Egg harbor is less than 10 min drive. Definitely bikable. The cottage is truly a gem.

Beautiful, welcoming cottage provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotlessly clean and the outdoor areas were also very well-kept. We especially enjoyed the patio and fire ring. We also appreciated the spacious, hard-surfaced parking area. Would highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our stay in Door County! It was so nice - well decorated and super clean! Great fire pit with lots of wood available on site and great outdoor seating area. The host was quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was good once we got there. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Home away from home

Our hosts couldn't have done more to make this property so cozy and inviting. It was clean, updated (even for the season) and had everything we needed. It was just far enough off the main highway to have some peace and quiet, yet close enough to get to everything. Would definately come back on our next trip.

The property was extremely clean and modern. We're pretty picky about this and we were pleasantly surprised. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to spend a lot of time at the house but it is fantastic and we will book there again if we are staying in Egg Harbor!

Fantastic Home in Door County

We had an awesome stay at this home near Egg Harbor! The house was so clean and well appointed - we were able to cook a couple of delicious breakfasts, and enjoyed multiple nights playing games with a fire in the fireplace. The rainy weather kept us from being able to use the outdoor fire pit, but there was plenty of seating and wood available for use. The bedrooms were perfect for our party of 6, and while it was an adults only trip, we noticed how well stocked the home was for families as well. There is a stroller, booster seat, games, movies, and tons of kitchen utensils for kiddos available! The group’s only complaint was the upstairs shower head is quite short for our group of taller adults, but we managed just fine and were thankful for the added amenities of shampoo and lots of clean towels and washcloths. Laurie was very communicative and even provided some recommendations for fun places for dinner nearby. The home is very close to downtown Egg Harbor, and not a far drive from all the wineries, breweries and state park fun of Door County. You can even take a nice stroll down to the water to watch the sunset. Overall, we had a wonderful time and hope to be back to stay again soon!

Nice home base for Door County exploration

This is a newer house in what looks like a developing neighborhood south of Egg Harbor. We thought it was a good location for exploring the middle third of the peninsula. Would have been a bit of a drive to the north end. Pros: Clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, modern A/C for both upstairs and down, very nice back patio and fire pit. Cons: No dishwasher (I should have reviewed the amenities more carefully). And the nice back yard is a little too close to the road to really be peaceful.

Egg Harbor Cottage

We really enjoyed this cottage. The owners' description is spot on, so we won't repeat any of that. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with excellent opportunities for safe walking and biking with views of Green Bay. Close to Egg Harbor and two sand beaches, short walk to the shore to watch the sunset. Extremely clean (we have high standards). Well equipped and lots of thoughtful amenities. Owners are very friendly and responsive. We already reserved for next year.

A beautiful and peaceful getaway

We found a beautiful gem in this home and location. The owners were helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door upon our arrival (user error - not theirs!). Tucked away from it all, yet so close to it all, we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay up here. The home was beautiful - so clean, comfortable, and cozy. Our boys loved having their own rooms, and we enjoyed the time to play games together in the living room. Local wildlife abounds and you can hear the sounds of the lake as you step out the door. A wonderful place to make memories and enjoy all that Door County has to offer!
