With panoramic lake views, a private dock, and a location just minutes from the iconic Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the shops and restaurants of Glen Arbor, every moment here feels like a postcard. Whether you're sipping coffee beside the water, hiking scenic nearby trails, or relaxing in the large Bluetooth-enabled hot tub under the stars, Little Glen Cottage invites you to unwind, explore, and reconnect.

Main Level

• Open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace and stunning lake-facing windows

• Two bedrooms, each with two Queen beds

• Full bathroom

• Large hot tub (open year-round!) with Bluetooth audio

• 2 kayaks and lifejackets for guest use (available Memorial Day to Labor Day)

• Back-up generator powers the entire house

We also manage Dune View Cottage right next door. Perfect for larger gatherings or multi-family stays. Ask us about renting both properties together.



Guest Access:

Winter Guests:

Northern Michigan winters are as beautiful as they are unpredictable. Snow removal service is automatically scheduled for snowfalls over 3 inches. If you're visiting during winter months, we strongly recommend a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle to navigate snow-covered roads safely.



The Neighborhood:

• See the backside of the Sleeping Bear Dunes from the end of your dock

• Just a short drive to Glen Arbor's local boutiques, cafés, and dining

• Swim, paddle, hike, or simply relax surrounded by stunning natural beauty



Other Things to Note:

• All guests must be 25 or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Age verification is required after booking.

• A $124 damage waiver fee is required per stay, covering accidental damages up to $1,500.

• High chair and pack n play available upon request (additional fee).

• Dog-friendly! Max of 2 dogs allowed (additional fee applies). Dogs must always be on a leash outdoors and never left alone unless kenneled. Please clean up after your pet.

• All bookings are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee.

• For stays 14 days or longer, a mid-stay clean is required and will be scheduled. Optional mid-stay cleans available upon request for shorter stays.

Waterfront Use:

The dock is available for guest use with rental boats for 15-minute passenger loading and unloading. A mooring ball is provided for boat mooring between outings. Please note that due to the risk of wind and waves, docking directly to the pier is not permitted, there are no bumpers in place, and damage is possible.
