We enjoy the front desk very much very helpful. The sofa bed was the worst, most uncomfortable ever. It was like having thorns on your back. The room was not clean on our second day of our stay from our three day stay.

We weren’t greeted when we arrived. The rooms are showing their age. The furniture is beat up, the bed mattress seemed worn out and the caulking in the shower is embarrassing! The breakfast lady was very nice and did a nice job.

I did not expect a "Holiday Inn" to have so many details in the room. We had a dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, high ceilings, crown moldings, the pillows were extremely comfortable, 24-hour fitness room, laundry facilities, breakfast served with longer hours compared to other hotels I have stayed at. It was a very pleasant stay and I appreciate the staff for their hospitality and upkeep.

Had a great time

This was a great hotel to stay overnight in after a joyous family wedding celebration. The bed was welcoming and comfortable. The staff we met were friendly and professional. The breakfast area was bright and cheerful and there were lots of choices of food.

The stay was comfortable and staff was nice However, the TV was not working and they wanted us to move to another room. We feel we should be accommodated another night because of the inconvenience. We have never experienced this previously at the Holiday Inn.

Not worth the money

Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The bathroom appeared to be under remodel? Bed and pillows were comfortable.
