This place is amazing!! The hot springs were the perfect way to relax after lots of hiking. Our kids loved all the fun activities. The restaurants served great food and had wonderful servers. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back!

This resort badly needs to be refurbished, a fact which is only reflected by some of the staff's attitudes. At reception we were told there was no hiking as none of the trails are maintained while breakfast was served till 1 pm. The zip line is a different company so no one can help you in the hotel. The general condition of the property is poor while the positive attitudes of housekeeping staff is undone by Reception staff's general lack of interest!

The food presentation was excellent—definitely a 10/10—but the seasoning and flavour was lacking overall. We started with the lentil fries and chicken wings. The wings were tasty, but the lentil fries did not taste good . The noodles in the ramen were extremely overcooked and mushy, and the broth had more of a gravy-like consistency than a typical ramen broth. The Khao Soi was decent; the chicken was very tender, but once again the noodles were overcooked and the dish lacked depth of flavor. We’ve heard great things about this place and are hoping it was just an off night—we’ll give it another try. Service was not ideal. Our server was very friendly but clearly overwhelmed with too many tables, which affected the efficiency of the service.

Love the area/view! Highly recommend the hot springs, my reason for going and staying. Come for the hot springs water. The staff was reasonably friendly and accommodating.

Pretty relaxing hotel, we enjoyed the hot springs with its beautiful view. We only were able to use the hot tub pool as the other pools were being cleaned at the time but still had a nice time! Hotel was nice and comfy, a little outdated but it was still cozy, loved that you can exit your room from the porch on our floor.
