This house was perfection. Our family of 4 , and both sets of laws had an absolutely fantastic time. The house has everything and it’s really obvious the owners put a lot of thought into the experience. Close to everything, the house is very spacious while being cosy and homey with many special touches. The pool is also perfect. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Hidden Gem

Our family (5 adults, a 3-year old and a 10-month old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, large, clean home. There was more than enough room to spread out, inside and out. The pool is gorgeous and the water was so refreshing. Very convenient to Woods Hole (bus depot is super easy transport to Logan Airport; and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard). Not an easy walking neighborhood but great places to walk are short drives away. We loved this home! Thank you to owners for sharing it.

Wonderful Stay

What a beautiful house, we absolutely loved our stay here. I can see why so many return to this house! It’s beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect! We’ve never vacationed on Cape Cod had no clue where to stay but after reading all the great reviews, we picked this house and it did not disappoint! Cape cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are all so beautiful. A must visit at lest once in your lifetime!! We hope to get back again and will stay at George and Lynn Villa’s house, it’s just perfect and they were so easy to work with before and during our stay.

Perfect house for a Cape Escape

This is our second time staying at this house — which is a statement in itself. Spacious, clean, convenient are the first words that come to mind. We were a large crowd - 7 adults. There was plenty of space to congregate — in the comfy living room, big dining room or poolside. And there is plenty of space to be separate - to work separately in an “office” or just read in peace. House was well stocked (we like to cook) , comfortable beds, sheets and convenient to have towels. Thank you for a great vacation!

Another great trip!

Perfect Stay

Lovely house in a great location

EXCELLENT!!!

This home is exceptional! It truly has it all. We stayed for 2 weeks and we didn't want to leave. This warm and inviting house is impeccably maintained both inside and out. The very private grounds, including the heated pool, are stunning! With close proximity to downtown, Woods Hole, the ferry, bike trails and beaches, there is plenty to do! The owners were wonderful and couldn't have been more gracious. Do not hesitate to rent this extraordinary home, you won't be disappointed!!

You Won’t Be Disappointed!

Beautiful home.

This home was absolutely immaculate and perfect. Close to everything in Falmouth and Woods Hole. We enjoyed going to The Knob almost every day. My husband caught blue fish and stripped bass there. The back yard and pool was a lot of fun. Enjoyed every minute there.

This property is highly recommended. My family are also repeat renters for this property. In addition to all the great things mentioned in the reviews, the layout of the house is what we love - how the kitchen and living areas flow to the patio and pool area - it makes for a very relaxing stay. Also, the property owners are very responsive to any questions or issues that might arise during the stay.

Better every year

This was our 3rd summer staying at this house and we love it more every year! Its convenient location to downtown, beaches, the bike trail and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard all come second to the property itself. Year after year it has been clean and well maintained, and the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool is a dream come true for both the parents and the kids!
