Located Steps Away To Main Street And .7 Miles From Surf Drive Beach

Brand new home completed July 2014 with every comfort and amenity of home. Great location with a one block walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Desirable proximity to all of Falmouth's fantastic beaches. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master with private bath), 2.5 baths featuring marble tiled floors, central heat & a/c, full size washer / dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, back patio area with table and seating for 8, outdoor gas BBQ grill and fire pit. Main floor has a beautiful open floor plan with an inviting atmosphere with nineteen windows. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Kitchen and living room have been combined for a wonderful open gathering room that has both a dining table and a user friendly island with plenty of seating.
The property has three security cameras, each one in each entrance.

This was our 4th time staying at this Falmouth gem. The home is beautiful, clean and very conveniently located to Main Street in Falmouth. The kitchen isFully equipped for making any type of meals you can think of and there is a nice grill and beautiful outdoor fire pit. We chose to stay in and cook, but if you wanted to eat out, you can walk to loads of restaurants and coffee places. The house is less than a mile from the beach and the bike path is also super close. There is a grocery store nearby, but Roberta sets you up with essentials- coffee, cream, water bottles, tea, snacks, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, hand soap and bars of soap in the showers. Roberta is very responsive and check in was a breeze. We will be back again for sure!

What a beautiful place!!!! Traveling with a group of six and three of the members remarked that this was the best VRBO they have ever stayed in. Everything worked, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. Great location with everything close by. Clean and maintained. Looking forward to returning to MA so I can book this place again.

This beautiful well-appointed home was the perfect spot for a girlfriend’s getaway. Walkable to the shops and restaurants, nice big rooms for chats, and a great kitchen island to congregate around for breakfast. We loved our time here!

We had a great visit to Falmouth. The house was just as described with a super suite on the first floor. Lots of spaces to spread out. We spent most of the time in the dining area. We loved the location, comfortable beds. Fireplace. Kitchen was well equipped.

8 girls just having a fun little getaway. Nice and close to downtown Falmouth, plenty of space to sleep, plenty of bathrooms and a great entertaining backyard.

Great spot in Falmouth!

We loved our stay! I lived in Falmouth for. Few years and chose to prioritize access to downtown vs being closer to the beach. An easy 10 minute walk to at least 10 restaurants. Home was beautiful, clean and everyone loved the backyard. Beach was about a 20 minute walk (with a child being pushed in a stroller) and was worth the walk (keeping in mind many beaches require parking passes!). Overall, would definitely stay again!

The house was everything we planned on and more. We had a wedding up the street to attend so the house was very convenient. Also it was very close to restaurants. and stores and the beach. Cape Cod Family Christmas

Once again, we enjoyed our family Christmas on the Cape in our favorite area. This house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The house is immaculate and completely stocked. The beds are extremely comfortable, there is plenty of room for our entire family to enjoy themselves and Roberta was so easy to communicate with if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Vacation

This was our second stay at Roberta’s lovely home. The house is in a great location (very nice area, close to everything) and is very comfortable. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is very nice and was great for preparing Thanksgiving dinner- plenty of seating in the dining area. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, with a great backyard. Roberta is a great host- very responsive and helpful- she had the fridge stocked with water and cream for coffee as well as a goodie bag of snacks which was really nice after a long drive! Overall, a really great place to stay - we had a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation! Thanks Roberta!
