âą Smart TVs with Roku in both living areas and the upper primary bedroom.
âą A partially fenced backyard, great for kids and pets (supervision recommended).

We've partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit with a $15 non-refundable processing fee. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
Guest Access:
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and the backyard.

âą Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless and contactless arrival with our smart lock. Access codes and instructions will be provided prior to your check-in.
âą Off-Limit Areas: For your safety and our storage, two owner's closets and the garage are locked and not accessible to guests.

Getting Around:
Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Good Middling Drive making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.

âą Guest Verification: We partner with Know Your Guest by Truvi for independent guest screening. You will be required to complete this prior to your stay. You will have the option to purchase a non-refundable $35 damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage, or provide a refundable $500 security deposit.

âą Accessibility: Please be aware that this is a split-level home with stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
âą Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and basic toiletries. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies from one of the many nearby stores.

Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
