This property was extremely clean! And staff was amazing!!! The breakfast was more than i had expected and was wonderful! Only two things to note. There is no room safe and you have to climb 55 steps to get to the rooms. Which isnt uncommon in Italy but be aware if you have trouble climbing and hauling suitcases.

The location is fantastic! Close to the old town but not too clase to be lound. Very nice breakfast! Room is super clean. I like the wood floor instead of carpet. I only wish they have elevator.

Happy with this spot

Lovely, boutique pension within walking distance of Accademia (the David) which is why we stayed here. It's not far to walk to main area of Florence. The pension is basically one floor in a residential building. You have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to get there. They did help with the bags, unlike our first hotel in Rome, which we appreciated. The staff is friendly and there is a very good breakfast with nice lady who makes your coffee and tea, etc... I recommend this place if you don't want to be right downtown and you don't have mobility issues.

Great experience, so friendly, easy walking distance to all main areas of the city. Breakfast was very good with personal service. Would highly recommend to anyone. If you need help with your cases just ring the bell as it is 55 steps up but well worth the climb

This was a great stay . It was very accessible from the airport and major locations (not all ) . Staff was nice and friendly . Neighborhood is really safe even to walk back from downtown after 9 pm . Taxi stops was also very nearby.

The property itself is very good. The people who work there are very nice especially the lady who is there to greet you there, help you with your luggages. I wish I remembered her name. The breakfast is great and enough. Cute breakfast room. Very convenient to the center and to transportation. Close to Santa Maria novalle train station walkable if there are not item you are carrying. The only complaint is the property is on the third floor of a building and there is Only stairs. One of our travel companion had to stay in another hotel. The property mention about the stair access but doesn’t tell you the flight of stairs. It is not for people who can’t climb stairs or people with heavy luggages. Overall our stay was excellent!!

Highly recommend

The owner is a delightful young florentine man ready to help out with any request including restaurant recommendation. The Hotel is super clean occupying the top floor of a very central building literally around the corner from the Galleria dell’ Accademia.

The hotel itself is very nice and looks recently remodeled. Breakfast is offered right next to the reception and has good offerings. Building access is easy although it is up some stairs (55 or so). Rooms are clean and updated, but a bit on the smaller side. The location is about 5 minutes from the Accademia dell'Arte (David statue) but 10 to the Duomo. Food options are also about 5 minutes away and increase as you get closer to the Duomo area. Overall nice hotel on a quiet street, but a bit out of the action so be comfortable with some walking.
