Highly recommend this hotel! Warmly greeted upon arrival and honored request for early check-in when we arrived earlier than planned. During our stay, my son had a medical emergency, the staff helped us call a taxi which arrived very quickly. They also arranged for taxi to the airport for an early morning departure. We could not be more pleased with the kind staff and outstanding service provided throughout our stay!

nice small hotel located walking distance from piazza del duomo, but still in a quiet zone of the city. Fast check-in with a friendly person. Room (we reserved a classic double) small but clean and new.

I loved staying at this hotel! I had a girls trip and it was so hard finding a suitable room for 4 women. However, this hotel had just what we needed. The room was super clean and felt modern and beautiful! The location was also great and just a 5-16 min walk from many attractions and shopping. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the wifi was better, but other than that I would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel was very clean and the view was absolutely amazing. The daily breakfast was to die for. The staff were very informative and gave great recommendations on how to avoid the local “tourist trap” places. Very walkable area to restaurants and all the attractions. We didn’t have to take a taxi once which is always a plus. I would stay here again.

Lovely staff. Good location.

Very friendly staff on reception. Really good breakfast. Bedroom quite small but bathroom a good size. Free water and a wider range of teas in the room would have been nice.
