Great hotel, best coustomer service in Italy, this hoyel is super beautiful, the rooms are big with beautiful views and excellent air conditioning. Omg the breakfast is really good and the bar is super nice and good. Thank you we enjoyed it a lot! Glad we stayed here! Will defensively repeat! Thanks!

Great stay near the historic center

The stay was great - well located near the historic center of Florence. The service was excellent, the hotel is a little dated from and interior but still provided a great home base with many great restaurants within walking distance

Nice stay

Nice hotel, close to the main attractions. Staff super lovely and helpful. The room was quite small however, air con didn’t seem to work and the bed wasn’t the most comfy (and pillows) for my friend and I. But it is a nice clean hotel and good location.

It is nice and safe hotel just 10 mins walk from the train station. Very accessible to tourist attractions. The staff were also nice and helpful

There is a little square across the hotel that is nice to sit in and enjoy the sun. There are lots of restaurant and cafes around the hotel as well. The staff were all very friendly. And of course, the complimentary welcome drink was a treat. Thanks for a wonderful time in Florence.
