We loved this family owned hotel. The lady who owns it lives on the property and we felt like we were in her home! Marco the Desk Clerk was helpful,charming and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable

This hotel had a lovely room in a perfectly sized and well-maintained hotel. The breakfast buffet was even better than I had expected. Everything was clean and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring Florence on foot. I’ll definitely be back!

It was the last city and the Hotel Caravaggio was a great place to slow down and end our trip. The hotel lobby and garden was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast also had a beautiful indoor/outdoor option, and the food/service was great. We also had an astonishing view, with the Duomo in the distance. A quiet retreat front the tourist area. The room was small and a little hard to maneuver with 3 people, and the Bathroom could use some more shelving to hold 3 people’s toiletries. I took advantage of the bath. Amazing, and highly recommended.

Family room or quads room is just single room added 2 twin not even space to walk. Stuff is friendly and but not responsive to technical issues. AC wasn’t working properly in hot weather and no one cared

A total rip-off. The room was in terrible condition. The sink was clogged, the beds were rock hard, and there was no curtain to block out the sun. I woke up at dawn. The beds were covered in hair from previous guests. Hotels.com should be more strict. In over 10 years of using the app, I've never had anything like this happen to me. I had paid for two nights and left a day early.
