Spectacular private backyard with a lot of mature trees, heated pool, hot tub, hammock, Pool table in covered porch and BBQ.
We cordially invite you to stay with us and give us a chance to show you what hospitality is all about.

***Jefferson Park with Tennis, Basketball and children playground is just two blocks away.***


****IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES****
***The person responsible for the reservation must be at least 24 YO**

1. Hollywood has cracked down on noise complaints, let's be reasonable and respectful of others. At our discretion upon occasion we may collect a Damage/Noise Deposit.

2.-****NO PARTIES ALLOWED, laud music or laud noises are not allowed.****
If you’re looking for a place to party this is not the right place for you and your guests. Any violation of the house rules will result on eviction. (We have noise detectors).. If you violate this rule you will be fine with a $1500 fee And you agree to pay the fee.

[At any given time, a maximum of 8 people are allowed in the house. If they are from the same family, then the max allowed is 10.]

3. Smoking is allowed outside by the patio, please use the nearby trash cans- thanks.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you violate this rule you will be fine with a $500 fee And you agree to pay the fee.

4. Self check-in with Key-less Entry.

5. No littering, no cigarette buts on the property.

6. No more than 12 people at any time

7. No parking on the grass at any time. (4 CARS MAX, DRIVEWAY).

8. Take out to the Alley only the trash bags that fit inside the garbage bin. Any extra trash that does not fit in it leave in the backyard close to the gate, but do not place it in the alley.

9. When you go out to the front of the house please use proper clothing: no swimsuits, bath robe, etc.

10. Do not use iron on the bed or blanket.

11. Doors and windows must be closed in order for air conditioner to work.

12. Please use make up remover NOT THE TOWELS.

13. Please, if you use the air mattress make sure to put it back in the bag.

14. Please supervise children at all times on the property. Any foreign objects such as mulch, shells, toys or food, found in the pool, will incur an additional cleaning fee.

15. Please enjoy your stay but remember that it is a strict CHECK IN AT 3:00 PM AND CHECKOUT AT 10:00 AM unless we have availability.

16. If you leave balloon pieces or confetti in the backyard or inside the house you will be charged from $100 to $150 for extra cleanup, depending on the amount you leave behind.

17. - The pool equipment area is off limits. Do not touch anything found in the pool equipment area, including wires, buttons, handles, etc. Also, do not add any chemical to the Pool or Hot Tub. Always contact the host if you have any question or request. Before you leave make sure you remove anything that fell in the pool during your stay that is not from the trees surrounding the pool, like any food, confetti, etc. The cleaning fee you paid does not cover removing foreign objects from the pool or reprogramming pool equipment due to adjustments made by you. A fine will be deducted from your security deposit if you fail to follow this rule.

18.- *DISCLAIMER* --> We provide a pool heater that heats the pool From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on a daily basis free of charge. On extreme cold days (which in Florida happens rarely), when temperature may go down to less than 60 Fahrenheit , we can not guarantee that the pool heater will be able to reach a temperature above 80 Fahrenheit.
Please remember that the max temp for the pool heater is set to 88 Fahrenheit.

Amazing!

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The outdoor space is truly mesmerizing, the pool is so beautiful and inviting. The kitchen is a cook’s dream- he has everything you need and then some. Communication with the owner is lighting fast. Enjoyed every moment. The neighborhood is so quiet and serene.Book this place, you will not be disappointed!We will be back again! Oh! And the location? PERFECT! Close to the beach and shopping.The iguanas are a plus too! This will be your home away from home!

Overall house was amazing . But there was a few issues . First the second bathroom the water in the tub would not go down so they messed us up slot due to it being so many of us to get ready and only 2 bathrooms. House was beautiful and set up very nice ! I would love to return . Also the pool was dirty and not that clean .

nice house as described

nice house, as described. appreciate that the owners provide quite a bit of supplies, everything you need is provided from towels to paper towels, toilet paper, dishes etc. pool area is nice. we were excited to use the hot tub but be aware, it is on a timer so most of the day it is not hot, and when it does get hot it's only a little hot... so we really only ended up using it a couple times. backyard is incredibly huge. bathrooms and kitchen are nice and newer; rest of furniture is a bit dated but fine overall. we had a good stay.

Phenomenal space for company retreat.

Beautiful home. Had company retreat with 7 ladies and had space for all. We cooked together, we had game night and of course pool and Jacuzzi time. Host was very considerate in allowing us to check in early to bring food and other items before check in. I will definitely use annually. Wonderful atmosphere for Bonding and relaxing.

Breathtaking backyard

We immediately felt at home. It was equipped with everything we needed. The backyard is amazing. We were hesitant to book because of the 2 bathrooms but no one complained. The kitchen was a bit small (oven door touches frig when open) but it works especially if there’s only one cook. We mostly had food delivered. In any event, we absolutely loved this property!

We really enjoyed this property, Hollywood is one of my favorite places to visit and Juan’s home is so conveniently located to everything I love with the added bonus of a great back yard. Juan was an amazing host! He responded quickly to any questions and responded immediately to meet our needs. Home was clean and cozy with several personal touches to make you feel as if you are home. The backyard was an amazing tropical oasis with something for everyone from a fire pit to pool table. Would return again and recommend to everyone!

Hollywood escape

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Hollywood. The neighborhood was quiet and had a park with tennis and basketball courts two blocks away. Easy to get to town and beach. The house was very special with nice touches like the pool table and beautiful landscaping around the pool and hot tub. My four kids and I had no issues or problems and tons of comfort and fun.

I cannot recommend this house/host enough! He was quick to respond from the beginning of looking for a place to the very end of the trip. The location was close to everything and if you didn't want to leave the house you don't have to between the pool, hot tub and other things he has at the house for you. This is perfect for all ages.

Florida Fun

This is a great property! Very clean and perfect for our party of 5! The outdoor space is amazing with a beautiful pool and hot tub and waterfalls! Many hours were spent in the pool! Property manager was great and responded quickly to a couple minor issues! Location is also great close to the beach and many amenities! Thank you for the great memories for my daughter’s senior trip!
