The hotel was very clean and great hospitality. I would give it 5 stars but I gave it 3 because our room was facing the road and it sounded like a raceway all night. We didn’t sleep due to the noise.

I have stayed here a couple of times! Andrena (not sure on spelling) is truly amazing and so sweet and so kind. My tv did not work and waited 1.5 days for it to be replaced which took an hour of the maintenance man in and out of my room. Not the best hospitality after a day of work.

Everything is good about this hotel and within 1 min walk to Las Olas Blvd…the only dislike was the front desk person. She was rude at all levels.

Only negative was that we had to drive around the block, several times, before we could find a place to park. We paid for parking and walked to the hotel entrance. The parking signs for the hotel were not readily visible.

Everything a great hotel should be.

It was a great experience for me and my family. It saved us in themiddle of a vacation nightmare. I wish the check in time was before 3pm but everything was great.Love the staff house keeping and at the desk.
