The air conditioning smelled horrible, almost like rat droppings. I know the smell growing up in a farm… the room was also right next to the restaurants band, and I mean RIGHT next to it. You can open up the shower window and see then 10 feet away…

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It is a nice little boutique hotel that was clean & maintained. It is conveniently located a block from the area of the beach/boardwalk. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Pam, Melany and ESPECIALLY Lynne made my trip run so much more smoothly. I will definitely be returning.

I gotten bitten by bed bugs during my stay. When reported to the front desk and showing evidence of the bites on my body, they said they looked and didn’t see anything like the bed bugs were going to wave at them or something during broad day light. I requested a refund and they offered me a 4PM checkout in the same room I was in lol! The manager didn’t even speak to me, she had the desk rep playing messenger like it was in her power to solve the issue. 0/10.

Walk outside and look to the east and there's the beach a block away. A great location for visiting Hollywood Beach. This place seems to be a mixture of a couple of different properties and because it's old I'm sure it's hard to upkeep. My room was adequate and clean, a small bathroom but a decent shower and some rustic built-in shelves were very useful. Some nice wood floors and a small refrigerator and a bistro table with two chairs. I got the room with two queen beds and there was a nice divider which I thought was helpful when sharing. The girls at the front desk were not very communicative but whatever. So my room was in an old two-story building three separate flights of stairs to get up to my room. So that is something to keep in mind. See videos. My friend stayed in the two peas in a pod room and that's in a one-story building. Really spacious. The best part about this place was the woman next door, Donna Gomez. She has muffins and bread and coffee in the morning and she's ever so kind and helpful. She sent us to a couple of really good places on the beach and provided breakfast (blueberry muffins)and coffee for me in the morning. She also has some rooms to rent and next time I would definitely rent from her.

Our first night at this property was horrible. We were in a room that backed up to their bar and restaurant which blared music until nearly 11pm. We requested to move as we have children who couldn’t sleep due to the music pumping in through the walls and windows. We were told no rooms were available. While the on-site staff were understanding and sympathetic we were told we basically had to deal with it as they would not refund us and couldn’t move us until a room freed up the next day. This should have been disclosed at booking as I can’t imagine anyone, especially those traveling with young children, want to be in a room with loud music blaring through the walls. The following day, we were moved to a much better, quieter room, away from the restaurant and had a fine evening. I will say the location is excellent as it’s a 20 second walk to the boardwalk and beach. The desk staff was also kind and helpful. So, in summary, if I was away from the attached bar and restaurant, I would stay here. If not, not a chance.

I got a sweet suite and it had mold!!! The first two nights I slept in that room Thinking its me switching states and this weather much hotter maybe its my allergies. Anyways I'm A nurse and I know mold. Once I did my assessment like when I'm not sneezing or watery eyes or watery nose but that suites. Non stop. It kinda took away from my trip seriously Caz I was like badly having a reaction to the mold. They switched my room and it was cool.

Great for Family trip

Perfect location. Our room had a queen bed in the bedroom then a full size bunk bed in the living room. All beds were very comfy. The bathroom was good size and it had a sink, mini fridge, microwave. Only 1/2 block from beach and the taco restaurant next door is delicious.
