Your luxury beach vacation retreat (Lauderdale by the Sea) awaits! Short walk to beaches. Private beach entrance available for residence and guests. Close to pier & downtown. Private beach access areas. Near all restaurants, stores and amenities. 85’ of waterfront on a deep water canal with dock. Completely remodeled and updated throughout including kitchen with gas range. Sleeps 8 very comfortably. Private heated saltwater pool, gas grill, lots of outdoor seating and lounging for entertaining overlooking the intercoastal canal. Hard to find gem.

Farrell was an excellent host. We loved every aspect of the property and especially enjoyed all outdoor areas. Quiet and peaceful and situated in a private waterfront community yet near everything. Relaxing in the adirondack chairs right on the intercoastal every morning, afternoon and evening was extra special. The property was very comfortable and can be summed up in one word ... tranquil. Thank you Farrell for a great stay. Looking forward to a longer stay soon.

We had a great 3 weeks. The house was right on the canal. Very nice private pool. Well stocked and beautiful. We really felt lucky to have found it. We will miss it!

Spacious house on canal

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the amenities included at this spacious house. The beach is a short walk away and we were able to walk to many restaurants also. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. The patio furniture was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred if the pool had a hand railing by the steps.

Awesome place and stay!!

This house is perfect!! Had everything you could think of that you would need!! Location is better than expected!! We loved sitting on the dock and by the pool. Neighbors weee nice The neighborhood was nice and quiet but not to quite that you couldn’t have fun!! My family can’t say enough about this home!! They wanted us to buy it! It was also spotless when we arrived.

Great location, close to beaches and restaurants

We enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated home. The house and kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the pool was nice and toasty, and the properties location was great. Farrell was easy to get a hold of, and made sure everything was up to snuff for our stay.

Bel Air

This is a wonderful property, we loved our time over Christmas there. We spent the mornings by the pool, which is beautifully landscaped and very quiet and private, and the afternoons we walked to the beach which was perhaps 12 minutes, and then came back to the house to sit by the canal and watch the sunset. We walked once to down town Lauderdale by the Sea, but mostly we drove and parked, which was easy and there are lots of beachy restaurants right there. The neighborhood is very residential, and because the house is on a canal, there is the fun of watching all the boats. We look forward to renting there again.
